Got a quote, arranged pickup, never showed up, when calling back never answered, called from different number they answered immediately. Received excuse that their truck broke down but had no excuse for not answering. POOR way to run business, don't use them, call Nicklin auto wreckers for good service, good dollars paid and professionalism.
Bad customer service and very rude guy who is taking a calls ! He doesn’t reply you back and infact doesn’t not care about customer request. Never recommend to anyone
Got an initial fair offer on my 2010 Dodge Journey to be scrapped for $550 on the phone. The guy shows up 3 hours later and he showed me a text from his boss saying to buy the car for $450, then they told me one of the 3 catalytic converters was missing and lowered their offer to $350. I asked for $500 as a rebuttal since I was already dropping the initial price I was told they'd buy it for. After much back and forth trying to make a deal they purchased it for $440. Not happy I had to negotiate on a price that was agreed upon, but they were fast to get the car and I got cash in hand.
We got the run around from so many places while we were looking for someone to come scrap our vehicle. Once we got in contact with SRS, it was quick and easy. They offered us a good deal. They showed up when they said they would, the guy was EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable, he taught us a few things we didn't know. He did offer us 100$ less than the original offer, but the offer was still better than any other place we looked into. I highly reccomend these guys and will definitely be using them again when we the time comes.
