This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a shop. I originally left a one-star review explaining that I had been waiting around three weeks for them to mount my tires and rims, and that they needed to order specific lug nuts for the setup. Two weeks later, the lug nuts finally arrived and the shop informed me—but despite giving me multiple days when they said the work would be done, it never happened. I deleted my first review after the owner called me upset about it, and because I believe in giving people a second chance. During the past weeks, I called almost daily looking for updates, but I never received a clear answer. Instead, I was repeatedly told things like “we didn’t have time” or “we didn’t get around to it.” It wasn’t until I posted a 1 star review that I finally received a straightforward response. At that point, Emile told me to pick up my tires because he no longer wanted to do business with me over the review—then informed me that the lug nuts I had waited more than three weeks for had been returned. All because that clown got all upset over my review, but here i am writing this one. So have fun with this. In the end, my time was completely wasted, and the level of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I will never come back here again, and I urge who ever reads this to not bring business here. This place deserves a 0 star. Unbelievable.
Been getting my cars worked on here on and off for 7+ years. Sherry is a delight to talk with while waiting for services to conclude and the staff in general are all wonderful, polite and hard working, even going as far as to accommodate my requests when made last minute. I appreciate their efforts to go above and beyond and have recommended many colleagues and friends to have their services done with 3 Bay. Thank you for all the hard work Wally, Emil & Crew!
I was told Emil had the best tire shop in town, and now I see why. This was my first time meeting him, he was friendly, professional, and very attentive. He removed and installed new tires with great care, making sure not to scratch the rims. The quality of his work really stood out, and the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

My experience was not good at all. I use to go there many years ago when Wally was at the front desk and main machanic, but when I returned my experience was horrible to say the least! I worked with Emile on the front desk who is a nice enough guy, but could use some better judgement on how to work with clients. I brought my truck in for a safety and was told “it’s not too bad at all, and needs a bit of brake work” so my initial reaction was good. Then I received messages from him, saying that indeed the brakes were not as good as expected, and was having issues with getting a brake caliper off and had to snap it off etc. so at that point I told him “well do what you have to do, as it’s obviously needs to be done. So he did do all the brakes instead of just the fronts and expected it to be a normal 12 to $1500 bill but was not told the cost which I have had vehicles for over 40’years and knew a rough idea what we were getting into! So he didn’t have any other correspondence with me and after a couple days said to come pick it up it’s finished. Well he then hands me a over $3,700 bill for the safety, and my jaw drops and I said what did you all do???? He said he replaced a ball joint, put some rearend oil in, and oil change and life time warranty brakes! Needless to say I was blown away by the cost, they had to fix the brakes twice afterwards as the caliper they put in was sticking which in turn I thought I had bad tires from the pulse sensation and my mileage went up to 21 litres per 100 because of the brake issue! I put new coils in thinking it was the motor and other machanic couldn’t figure it out until one mentioned you have no brake pass’s left! Will absolutely never go back and neither will my son who also had a brutal experience.
Excellent, conscientious and honest. I've been a customer for over a decade. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Easily the best service in the city.
Avoid if possible.Took my bike in for a safety. 5 days later i was told the wheel was at the dealer for a new tire. I stopped in and it was still as I dropped it off. Don't lie to customers Emil, it's not good for business. I took my bike that day after paying the $169. inspection
