It was my first time buying a car and this was one of the first dealers I went to. I was advised against going to this dealer, but I went anyway. I was just walking around the lot when an employee started following me around. Eventually I asked if I could test drive a car I liked, and he said "no". I started laughing cause I thought he was joking. He told me that it wasn't funny and that he was serious. He proceeded to say that I couldn't text drive a car unless I purchased a car that same day. I promptly left cause I'd never heard something so ridiculous from a salesperson before. I've been to a number of dealers since and each one let me drive as many cars as I pleased for as long as I pleased. I ended up buying a 2022 Mazda CX-3 GT brand new. It's safe to say I won't be coming here again
If i could Greg negative 10 stars I would. I am writing this for my friend, as she was SO upset after her experience with Greg. He had the audacity to ask her how should would pay for the vehicle she hadn't even seen yet. She had booked a test drive over 3 weeks ago, but would not allow her to take it on a test drive "unless she brought someone to look at it" as if she was unable to do herself. Doubted her when she asked him if they knew if the coolant was low, as if she could not check that herself. The car she looked at she was extremely interested in, however the extremely condescending way she was spoken to by GREG turned her off the car and this dealership in general.
Wouldn't let me do a test drive because I didn't look serious lol. Why would I want waste my time here otherwise? This is based on my experience with one sales person, hope ppl have better luck not talking to him.
