Bought a 2013 Mazda CX-5 from here, with a Safety Certificate, which implies that all catalytic converters are present. I found out later that one of that catalytic converters was missing. It was most likely an oversight (not on purpose), as this catalytic converter is quite small and located in a place which is difficult to spot. I fixed the error myself, and later told Eric about it. After quite a bit of back of forth, he offered me fair compensation for the error and I accepted. I could have done without the the personal remarks made during our email exchanges, but I guess in the end what matters is that Eric was fair. I would suggest to purchase from here, but to do as much work as you can upfront, and Eric will allow you to do this, which is good. Also, if there are any issues after you purchase the vehicle, tell Eric sooner, rather than later. He is always willing to listen.
Went to Marquis for our daughter’s first car. Eric treated her with so much care and followed up on a few items we ran into after purchase (minor items). Eric took care of everything, highly recommend that anyone looking for a used car visits Marquis first!
Strange not sure if this is normal but his employees or whatever they are sell cars privately. Why would they not just sell them on lot Well they are classic looks good drives good for 50 km then every engine light comes on . Guess they clear it with diagnostic then you pay the price . Hope your proud supporting this type of "business " Eric . I'm disgusted but apparently it's sounding like it will be resolved one way or the other . Hope you realize your mistake and do your best to fix these honestly just stechtchy weird mistakes. Thought the place was legit . But honestly most the reviews sound like friends and family. A business with 108 review 100% 5 stars that should of been warning enough . Even the best places are still usually 4.5-4.8 . Lesson learned I guess .
Maybe at one point this place was good but it's been falling off hard , involving trust, respect, loyalty. There are ppl there selling cars not on the lot . That I assume are not on the lot because they are lemons. Reminds me of the dad from Matilda rolling back the mileage. I couldn't image how pathetic as a business man I'd feel giving my word then going back on it , hiring liars. I mean this is why I just go to my mechanic get a private sale. I know it will be good and it's much cheaper . But every good thing must come to an end at some point I suppose. Shame . Pure Shame . Bad Karma.
Fantastic dealership, owners are great people and all their cars are super clean , top notch. Definately check this place out you won't be disappointed. Very satisfied
