I called to try and figure out info on a car they had for sale, when someone answered they just said "hello" so condensendingly. After I asked what said car needs for safety, and he told me, as if I'm supposed to know already, that the airbag light was on (wasn'tshown in the photos, or mentioned in description). He was very quick to end the call after that. The total time of the call was 37 seconds, most places would at least try to talk with the potential customer and/or introduce themselves. I wouldn't give these people your business, would not recommend
I purchased a 2010 Camry from this dealership last year, and within just one year, I've already had to spend thousands of dollars on repairs. A few days after buying the car, the radiator started leaking coolant. Although the dealer replaced the radiator, he still expected me to pay $100 for it. Later, when I visited him because the wheel bearings had failed, he demanded $150 just to inspect the car. He was very rude, and based on my experience, the vehicles sold here are not reliable.
Drove 300km to see a car and this man doesn’t even have the goddam common curtesy to give us a call that he had sold the car even though we had an appointment. Don’t bother with this clown show ?
Great place . My mom bought a car there . Rob was awesome with her from the start . Would highly recommend him for working on your car or buying one off him.
Rob is one of the friendliest people you can ever meet. He is so humble. I have been going to his shop for about 5 years now and he has never let me down. My dad has been going to his shop for 25+ years and he hasn’t let him down either. What a fantastic guy and what fantastic work he does. I would highly recommend going to his shop.
I drove about 40 minutes to purchase my honda civic, I dealt with Rob. He started the car and before driving showed all the vehicles history and carproof helped me with a few questions I had as well. Extremely kind guy let me take it for a spin and I ended up doing the paperwork the first day but couldn't drive it home, said he needed a week for safety, gave a small deposit and he had it ready for me in a few days, overall good experience.
