I can't say for sure if it was the company or the contracted tow truck driver, but I was told they would give me $400 for my scrap car and come get it on Monday. They finally showed up on Wednesday and the tow truck driver said the company didn't agree to picking up my car ( which they did agree to) but he said he convinced them to give me $300 for it instead and showed me some emails that I don't even think were real. And after telling him to just leave the car or give me the $400 he didn't even call anybody to confirm he just said no problem and gave me the $400. So beware if they try to offer you less
Not trustworthy. They buy cars, but quote one price on the phone, and offer you a much lower price when you come. The reason they give is the world price on metal fluctuates and dropped a lot since you called yesterday.
Honestly best prices good guys sorta annoying you can't pick parts anymore. For a wreckers definitely 5stars good guys, drivers if your from kitchener best spot.
I honestly would give a lower rating if I could. The absolute worst people for car parts. From lying to your face to avoid all possible communication in hopes that you just give up and stop bothering them, I have had better customer service from the CRA than these guys. If you have any value for your time DON'T bother with them! Spend your hard earned money somewhere less sketchy
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Worst business out there! They were supposed to call back several times and never did. They were supposed to buy my car then didn't show 3 days in a row then when I called on the 4th day offered me 150$ less saying prices went dow! Go to logals they show and there offer is valid for 10 days earls is garbage.
I've called 3 times (days or weeks apart) for the same part and each time they say they will call back but never do. First 2 times they were "going to check", then never called. 3rd time they said they could pull one from a car, that it would be out in the next few days and I'd get a call when it was ready, never heard back. Today I called multiple times trying to get an update and they don't even answer the phone and there's no voicemail. I'll guess I will spend my money elsewhere.
Very good selection, friendly staff and very reasonable prices and some awesome bargains. I have saved a lot of money over the years getting parts from Earl's. Many parts as good as new!
