Got sent to this store after another store didn't have a unique rear wiper blade. Not only did they have the part but also helped after the part we purchased had an issue. (Malformed clip) Both gentlemen working were great and helped get us back up and running. Not sure how often I would need to hit a parts store but in the future I'll be heading here. Above and beyond service. Thank you again!
After buying a code reader that I couldn't not get to work for me instead of just telling me that I've plugged it in and I can't return it. The assistant manager jumped in and helped me sort out my problems and got it working for me over and above his call of duty. I found them to be a very helpful location ! Thanks Rob!
Thought I needed a low beam light bulb. They did not have a multimeter to check old bulb and were not helpful in terms of selecting the right type to replace it --- consider going elsewhere if you are a novice when it comes to cars and need help.
Quite possibly the worst auto parts store I've been to. I needed assembly lube for a motorcycle engine I'm rebuilding. The unknowledgeable clerk first pointed me to Permatex gasket maker and then also suggested marine epoxy. I thought I was in another dimension. I should have gone straight to NAPA right off the hop!!! UPDATE: Britton Auto NAPA had what I needed!

This is ridicules customer service.... Waiting for 40min price match with Canadian tire and sales person telling me he doesn't have time to do while he just hanging around front drsk.... Thanks Adriel for worst service and attitude towards your work. If u don't know how to search parts from parent company then please respect and listen what customer is explaining to you. Not going to visit this store ....
