They sent me the wrong parts. When I returned them back to the store, they made me feel uncomfortable and not very welcoming. Highland Road. Kitchener Sunday. September 28, 2025. 1pm. I won’t be back !!!
Brought a battery in for a basic test to determine if it should be recycled or not. I was informed their tester was not working. Unsolicited advise that the battery was no good since it had sat on my garage floor for any length of time. The reason was gravity acts stronger on the ground than on a shelf and makes things settle in the battery. When I expressed there is no difference in gravity from the ground to 1m up the explanation morphed into grounding and how the electricity leaks out more on the ground because it is grounded. My puzzled expression was able to draw a second associate in who agreed with both opinions of the first one. I can't extrapolate to all their areas of expertise but.. now I just go the one on Weber Street. No hogwash there. Battery tested and out the door in 5 minutes.
Just reminding you of this. . . . I was in this store on May 22nd, buying a part for my truck, the worker JORDAN helped me, it was the worst service I have ever received in my entire life, he was rude, he didn't give me information about the part I needed, he discriminated against me for not speaking English well, he didn't want to talk to me; the manager of this store should send him to take a course on personal relationships or how to deal with stress etc, because of this worker I will never return to this store, how many sales are they losing because of this bad employee? After this worker treated me so badly, I decided to go to PartSource in Weber and there I filed a complaint about this bad employee "Jordan" and they treated me very well, I bought my parts and they explained everything very well; This is how all the employees of this company should be. Jordan should be fired for being so unfair and rude to the customers. The way he treated me was the worst. If they continue with employees like Jordan, they will end up without customers and will force us, like me, to go to other stores like Partsource in Weber. Thanks for your excellent service to Karin, Mike and Jonas, but I will never return to Partsource in Highland and I hope to never meet people like JORDAN in my life.
The employees in this store are wonderful. I am a female with little car repair knowledge but I take on the challenge with the advice and knowledge of the employees working in this store. Always quick to greet you and helpful in resolving the problem. I say thank you.
I've always found the staff here to be incredibly helpful. Hands down my favorite auto parts place. They went the extra mile today to help me remove and replace a damaged wiper blade (in some pretty cold weather too!)
Wow your employees are completely incompetent. No wonder your store is on the verge of bankruptcy and has a 3.5 star rating. Try employing knowledgeable staff that have a clear understanding of customer service skills.
