Be careful dealing with them sold us a part that was faulty when i tried returning it one hour later they charged us 20% labour for taking out 2 screws in 10 seconds. Bad business stay away. Any other junkyard in the vicinity is better.
Asked to pay $423.75. For a part that was to come next day. The receipt said nothing about part comming in next day. Mark said its 60days warranty when the receipt said 30days. When I asked them to correct this the the owner got mad and wanted to fight me started yelling at me for asking too much what a piece of junk! Avoid!!!
Don’t buy from this shop, first the guy who sit behind the office is very rude and he never smile to the costumers and when someone ask him something he still watch his computer like there is no one front of him, and his parts are very expensive it doesn’t match his shop’s name.
The salesman/the owner is very rude, And the name (discount) doesn't match this place, extremely expensive parts if you find one. I bought a cap for a steering reservoir, and it cost me $25, even though it's just $2 online .
Wish I would have scrapped my car anywhere but here. Had a request to see my car get crushed (first car, lots of memories), she assured me that they would call me and let me know when so I can come see. Heard nothing from them for 2 months so I call them. She didn't seem to care at all, tells me that she was actually gone for a couple weeks, but couldn't bother to relay the message or tell anybody else. When I asked her to check if the car was already gone she couldn't be bothered to look through the paperwork. Take your car somewhere else! You'll get more money for it and better service! EDIT: Don't care when the car was crushed, no effort was put in to bother calling me and was only rude, even in your reply, that's not what I said at all.
Great! I was looking for handles, and Lindsay was very helpful getting those for me. I definitely wish I could have bought them cheaper, but no other supplier had them.
