This place...SUCKS!! One guy, serving even when few ppl waiting, while Driver ( useless for help!) Sits beside the One guy, serving a Lineup, playing on the phone, knows Nothing! Never go There again!! ( on , Kingsway....Old LCBO bldg.)
I had some issues with a used starter I purchased for my car. The issues only became apparent after the part was installed on the vehicle. Ryan went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Thanks
I had a great experience here. I was working on my truck and needed a new brake caliper at the last minute. Even though the store closed at 7, the gentleman kindly stayed until 7:15 so I could get my part. That kind of service goes above and beyond. On top of that, their prices are very fair compared to other stores. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends.

I called this location and this location told me that they cannot take the box back because this is classified as a damaged box when the box was given to us like this from a different location. They do not follow corporate guidelines for return policy. I asked to speak to the manager, and the lady said that she had just spoke to him and then told me that he was not available. She also told me she doesn’t get paid enough so if you don’t get paid enough, maybe you shouldn’t work there.
I went to this store on November 2 2023 to return a plug and play trailer harness (second one). It shorted out my passenger window and messed up the resitor on my fan as soon as I took it off window works fine , have to replace resistor. I will NEVER but at any carquet again. The young kid at the counter was LAZY RUDE AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO HIS JOB. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CARQUET AGAIN. IF I could give them a "0" I would. Store sucks.
