I've had a unit here for 11monthsIn this time I paid approx half of my rent. I've been dealing with the kitchener branch on Webster rd, I've offered to make payments to get caught up, the lady I've been dealing with Karla Younger has denied my money twice, one of 300 n second of 700 dollars. My father passed away when I was 6months old, I have items in there that are not replaceable. I didn't abandon my unit I've been in contact with them yet after me my wife n sister have reached out to national storage they have not made any payment plan with me. I suggest not to deal with national storage. I now have contacted a lawyer and am waiting an out come
Reception is nice and friendly, received small damage to mattress from a rusted and leaking exhaust vent, but was handled very well by the staff there.
Great service. Prices could be slightly better but are okay.
