Had a great experience here. The workers were friendly, gave me enough information & guidance. Got put in a proper unit with options for others & the move out process was a breeze. Make sure take note of the 10pm closing time to retrieve any belongings. 10/10 would recommend
Outstanding service, exceptionally clean and well organized, well lit, ease of entry (non keyed car entry), free use of storage van to move belongings and carts to move belongings, easy and efficient payment options. An incredibly well managed facility - I am confident my belongings are safeguarded well. The most professional staff I have ever encountered in the service industry. As a former Toronto business person, I would have hired staff instantly. I don't usually write reviews but service, product and delivery outstanding .
I cant say enough about the amazing team of ladies that work together to run the Victoria St location in Kitchener. Its the cleanest storage facility Ive ever stored my belongings in, they are very friendly and incredibly helpful should you have questions or need something. Their security is bar none, should you need a lock or boxes or packing supplies they have it! At one point we had multiple units of storage there in all different sizes and thru their emails and contact over the phone they helped to keep us organized with the monthly payments. I HIGHLY recommend this location and the incredible staff that make it work!!
Professional and courteous staff. Clean lockers. We have a locker in a climate controlled building and the AC was always up to the task during the heat waves. The introductory offer for the first 4 weeks is attractive and the high security looks you can buy there are competitively priced.Electronic payment option is very convenient. Prorating of rental is also nice if you dont need a full 4 week period and stop into the facility office in advance to let them know. This is the first time I have used a storage facility. I am impressed with Acess Storage.
