This is my 2nd time im storing stuff at Access, this time its just a different location. Both locations have great staff and a clean and secure facility. I didnt bother checking out the competitiion there is no comparison. Access has everything im looking for from a variety of unit sizes to packing materials. The staff at both places are always friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I had to deal with the most unprofessional manager at this store. If I could give them 0 I would.I rented a storage unit at this location for three months. My contents got damaged because water leaked into the unit. Although I bought their insurance, which is supposed to protect my contents for up to $5000, but it turns out their policy basically only covers theft according to the insurance company.It looks like the manager, Candace Bari, does not even know what is covered in their policy because she filed the claim with the insurance company for me and took pictures and said to me that I was covered since I bought their insurance. Not only that, but she exhibited very bad customer service and then she refused to accept responsibility for the damage to my contents and I had no other option but to sue them.I am warning you. You will be dealing with a very unprofessional manager who knows nothing about customer service, and don't buy their insurance as it will be equivalent to pouring your money down the drain.This manager also runs the store on 1545 Victoria Street North. Check the reviews of Gary Williams and Derek Roberson to know the true colors of this manager. Don't get fooled by the positive reviews all of a sudden. One reviewer used their storage facilities over two years ago but decided to post a review a month ago out of a sudden. One wonders why. You be the judge.Update: Today I had my settlement conference for my case against Access Storage. The manager dragged along the VP with her, and before the conference the VP suddenly wanted to talk to me in private. Now he wanted to talk to me. I spent three months chasing after them and no body cared to call me. These cheap individuals were willing to pay only $400 which is not even the cost of my damaged bookcase. I am going to request full trial and will update this review after trial. Until then, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
