Clean and organized.Hard to find staff, not very knowledgeable about products and return policies.Not easy to make returns.They are very well stocked with advertised items.I dislike the pushy salespeople outside of the store.Good parking.Good points card.?
Completely ripped me off at the garage here. Put my car in for a tire change and alignment. They told me AFTER EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED I needed camber bolts for my car so now I have to get another alignment. I basically paid for an alignment that was not done properly because they could not do it with bad camber bolts (I would have paid them to put new ones in if THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME!) Don't waste your time here go to a real shop. *UPDATE* I took my car to my actual mechanic and they did not even do the alignment. The steering wheel was not even centered. Turns out I didn't even need camber bolts at all so my guess is they completely lied and all they did was a tire change. I honestly hope that no one comes here for service on their cars as this is unacceptable.
Love shopping at this location. Conveniently located, lots of parking. Great sales on everything you need for your home or car. The store is tidy and well stocked. Staff always seem to be readily available for assistance. Best return policy ever! They truly do stand behind the products they sell. Great experience overall.

I have bad feeling about automotive dept.My car is old. I wanted to evaluate either keep it or by a new one. I have knowledge in mechanics.September 29th I called to get a quote to replace oil seals on valve stems in engine and explain my situation to customer rep. He refuse to give it over the phone. He told me, that I have to come and mechanic suppose to do the test and only after they give me a quote. Test would cost me $130. So, I have to pay for test and if repair cost exceed certain amount just scrap my car? I repeat it to him, but no luck. Later on, I figure out that CT don't do that repair, and send engine to special shop
