On Sept 14, 2018 my son had his brakes checked for a noise. He left after the appointment to come home from college for the weekend. On Sunday when driving back his tire FELL off. We submitted a complaint. On Sept 21 we were notified that a video from the shop looks to show the mechanics tightened the wheels so they were not going to do anything. Really????? The Tire FELL OFF after driving twice. I can never use this company again. No apologies no assistance. My son could have died.
Always been my go to store. Not the biggest in the region but ever since they expanded and renovated they have a much better selection. When things go on sale here they go low! Always great deals to take advantage of.
It's a smaller store which isn't bad in and of itself, but the store is not easily shopped. Many items including small ticket ones are locked up in cabinets or cages. Often, when I look up an item on the touchscreen computer, it says "ask an associate" for the product location which is not convenient. In my experience, there aren't many associates on the floor, and the associates don't approach you to see if you need assistance. If what you need is on the sales floor and not locked up, it's a decent enough store, and the cashiers have always been pleasant.
It's an ok store. Good to get essentials and nothing else. Staff are nowhere to be found to get help with items behind shelves. You have to go to the corners of the stores to find one staff after going past 15 aisles (if you are lucky). All I ever get from this store is salt but useless for anything else
Store is great, one employee sadly I dont remember the name was very rude when trying to apply for the canadian tire triangle credit card. Felt like I was hassling them even though I just wanted to know more about it before applying.Overall a good well kept store.
