Best summed up in their own slogan: "Your Little Big CT!" They are much smaller than newer CTs, which makes it easy to go through the store and often easier to find things, if they have them. They have an excellent selection for a store their size, but it can be frustrating, as they are often out of stock or don't even carry the item you wish. Staff are friendly, but often too busy. I find it helpful to stay near the stockroom door and ask the first salesperson I see.
This location is relatively small so they sometimes have some things out of stock. They also frequently have limited staffing, so getting assistance can be difficult. That said, it's a Canadian tire so they have most quick needs you'd expect. I bought a bicycle today. Reasonably priced, and after I found some staff to help me they were quite helpful and pleasant.

Waiting 15 minutes to get aomeone to acknowledge me in parts counter. Noone around to sell me car battery. Will not come here anymore.
I had amazing customer service today from Josh in auto parts. I really appreciate all the time and effort he took helping me! Most companies still haven't realized that their customer service is almost all that sets them apart these days. I will definitely be back to this CT!
