I ordered over $150, which qualified for free shipping. After ordering, the store called to say one pair of pants was out of stock and asked to replace it. I agreed. The replacement didn’t fit, so I returned it and paid the return shipping myself. After that, the store deducted the original shipping fee, saying the order no longer qualified for free shipping — a condition not stated anywhere on their website or refund policy. The issue started due to an out-of-stock item, not a change of mind. Disappointed by the lack of transparency.
Found out they have mystery mini sticks in stock!!! Both left and right! Staff was super helpful and went above and beyond answering questions, finding items and giving suggestions when needed. I will definitely be coming back for all my hockey, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, football etc. needs!!! Thank you for making shopping for a 9 yr old easy!!!
We have been coming to sportco since I was a little boy and we have been so happy with the service and variety of options available to us. I have three young boys who are thrilled to come to see the friendly faces at sportco. We are customers for life!
I attended the store last week and found there was a large selection of hockey equipment I needed, and then some. We found lots of stuff that the kids enjoyed and overall were happy to have found a new store to visit every time we need something new. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable answering all our questions. Would recommend for any sports lover!
Very unprofessional company. I ordered a softball bat and once it arrived, the company failed to mention there was an additional $190 USD owed upon delivery. I told the carrier to send the bat back because I was not paying that. Now, I am apparently still responsible for paying this additional delivery fee. At least they said in the future, they will be letting US customers know about the additional fee before the order due to my experience. I am glad I was a test rat for this company. If you are in the US - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!
I have been bringing my son into sports co for a few years now, for his sports equipment. The customer service is impeccable, very quick and easy. They have lots of skates & sizes available as well as other sports equipment! Thank you !
I would rate this as a 0 if I could. Called the store for a specific product, made sure they had it in stock in the size(s) needed. Drove the 1.5 hours to pick it up.... not only did the not have the model required, they didn't even have the same brand. The "store manager" had absolutely no customer service skills, beyond disappointed and frustrated to say the least.
