Incredible work, I mean beyond incredible. I got in an accident and my car (BMW X7) needed the door replaced as well as a paint job done, I was afraid that if I go to a random mechanic that they might use cheap NON-OEM parts and just completely mess up everything, not here at Mitek, they took care of the car as if it was theirs. God forbid I get involved in an accident or I need a repair, no matter where I live I’m coming to Mitek. Furthermore, Red and his team helped me a lot and the customer service was an icing on the cake. If you care about your car, it’s mandatory to come to Mitek.
I took my 1991 Porsche 911 to Mitek for a small rust repair. It turned out to be worse than it appeared. The repair required the removal of the windshield (original 32year old) as well as paint matching. The original paint is single stage from the 90’s not base clear as is the norm today. Not only is the repair perfect, the reinstall of the windshield was done without any damage, and most importantly, the paint match of the two different paint strategies is amazing! The staff at Mitek took a great interest in my car and were excellent to deal with and communicated with me frequently regarding progress. Red and Jake were amazing to deal with. Thank you!
Inquired via email about a scratch and dark haze on my car. Received an immediate reply with a rough quote based on photos. Can’t speak on craftsmanship but their customer service was excellent. If I do end up fixing the car, I will go to them!
I had a really great experience with Mitek Autobody Shop with Mark and Mike. I had a car accident a few weeks ago and my damaged car was kept hostage by some scammers. Mitek (Mike) answered my phone call on Saturday (afterhours) and sent our a tow truck and helped me get my vehicle out of the scammers' place. Mark took care of everything after the towing. This place is the #1 of my list of bodyshops in the area and I would definitely recommend this place to others.
