Needing bodywork repair after an accident is a really stressful thing. I was grateful to the team at Assured Automotive for the time they spent explaining the process and the repairs that were required. The front desk person was helpful and patient. John was my contact there and he was communicative and reassuring.
Initial service was good and I was happy with service, until I realized they took my sunglasses and change out of my car before the tow truck came to take it. Car ownership is still in my name so last I checked, nobody had the right to take anything from my vehicle. I also emailed them to request the quote they gave my insurance company and haven’t even received an email to acknowledge my request was received and being reviewed.
Ron has always been good to us and even went out of his way to fix a problem that insurance wouldn't cover at nocost to us really appreciate it thanks to Ronand his team!!!
Great experience here! Someone had hit me from behind so I was getting my bumper fixed, they were good about going over everything with me. Cost covered through insurance so super easy.
Never again, STAY AWAY. they are not honest people. they told me that they will change my car rear bumper but they repaired it without telling and very poor job. I had to take my car to anther body shop to be fixed.
1. The office accidentally put my car as totaled on paper, this lead to many issues with insurance for weeks 2. Paint has plenty of orange peel 3. They forgot to put clips on the bumper It'll pass for most people unless they like detailing their car and notice the fine details
Never again. They use cheapest parts yet charge 1000s to insurance companies. Fender doesn't line up properly. Bumper repair has proven shotty as hell. These guys are amateurs that will make it look all nice but 6 months - 1 year later when it all falls apart, they'll send you up the creek without a paddle...
