Excellent service! I brought my VW here to get repaired, and the owner did a fabulous job in a timely manner. He even accommodated me by having me come in right away, which I truly appreciated. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend this auto body shop for their excellent and quality service!
I had a very unpleasant experience at Peters Auto Body Shop. Peter was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. When I tried to ask a few questions to better understand the work needed on my car, he told me I was “wasting his time.” I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully by a business owner. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for honest or courteous service.
Worst experience. Very unprofessional behavior. He abruptly disconnected the call, saying he’s going on vacation next week. I had only called to ask if he handles hood repairs and, if so, when I could come in. He hung up without answering my question or offering any information about the next available appointment. Buddy if you are in so hurry to hang up then don’t pickup. I could have just left you a voicemail. Won’t recommend and warn others about the fake 5star reviews posted.
Really great service, charged me a third of the cost I got quoted from a collision centre. The work was very professional, made my car look like new. Great customer service too, Petar was really nice and helpful, honest, and worked around my schedule to get the repair done super quick. Definitely recommend and will keep this on my list in case I ever need a body shop :)
My car was such a mess when I brought it here. Even the frame was dented. Petar is a miracle worker as my car looked brand new when I picked it up. I'm a happy customer!
Petar is a pleasure to deal with. He is honest and trustworthy. His prices are very fair. He had to purchase new tools to repair my truck and it looks amazing. He is busy for a reason! If you need to wait, it’s worth the wait. Thanks Again Petar!
1st & Only Place I will ever take my vehicles to when I require body work done. Peter explained the insurance claim process and made my Camry better than new. He really takes his time to make sure the job is done properly and won't let subpar work leave his shop.
