We were very happy with the work done by the Roofman, and specifically the excellent work done by Greg and Josh on site that really exceeded our expectations. We had an old and unnecessary chimney removed and they blended everything in nicely, the site was cleaned and they were very professional about everything. We were also very happy with their work to straighten-out a sloping valley that was both a structural concern and an eyesore. The roof has never looked better. We also appreciate the time Mike spent to help figure out the work that needs to be done. The price was fair. Will be a customer again. A++ keep up the good work guys.
You are correct, you did not do work for me. So I shall specify the 1 star rating is for the level of service, and not the quality of work, because fortunately I had someone else do the job. Even though the other contractor cost more, I did not have to put up with attitude, a reduced scope of work, and did not take 4 months to get back to me. So the star remains.
The flat roof for our commercial building was in dire need of repair. Roofman came in $10,000 cheaper than the competitors, and used top notch materials. The rep was very patient and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. He recommended we went with this new vinyl-like material instead of the traditional style tar and gravel stuff. Best decision we ever made. Because of this, the top floor is a few degrees cooler in the summer, and a few degrees warmer in the winter, thus saving us in heating and cooling costs year round. Even two weeks after, they sent people over to double check their work and make sure things were done up to standard. 2.5 years in and the roof has had no issues. Very satisfied. I had a leak through my garage roof. The serviceman came out in a timely fashion. They checked my roof and discovered it was actually my window leaking. They sealed up the problem and fixed the leak. I would 100% recommend. Price was fair and the service was great.
