call no one answered so I filled out the on-line request for them to come quote book 2 weeks in advance. On the date I picked and time no one showed up no one called.
Timeline of interactions:- Quote scheduled for Friday April 22 2016 at 1:30pm.- at 1:50 pm I email the contact ("Robert") asking what's up? Note that I had to shuffle my schedule to be home at that time.- Responds saying that he is running late and will be there in 1 hour.- Receive a second email at 2:35pm claiming car troubles and they can't make it!- I try to reschedule for Monday April 25 -> never heard back from them.Why do I have to follow up? Why do I need to contact you to ask where you are for a quote appointment? Disorganized, no respect for customer's time. Likely indicative of workmanship.
