I dealt with Derek and he was very professional and polite. He contacted me back within 10 minutes of me leaving a voicemail for him and he boomed me a next day appointment. Roofers were polite and did a great job fixing the few shingles that went missing on our roof due to a wind storm. Would call them again and would recommend.
I contacted Priority Roofing to repair my shingles following the wind storm 2 weeks ago. I understand they were busy, but I was told I was in line. I followed up and was told someone would be there this Wednesday. No one has come to date. I'm very unhappy about wasting my time (never mind the 2 downpours we've had since the storm) waiting for them when I could have hired another roofer. Really disappointed.
Terrible company!! Did some work for us in the spring and we still have a leak. We called them 3 times and emailed and are still waiting for them to call us back.
Very unreliable. They committed for a emergency repair and never show up. When I called nobody answer the phone.
BEWARE. Their warranty is useless. Once they have your money, they will never contact you again. If you have issues or roof leaks, and you will, you are on your own. They ignore complaints filed with the BBB. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!
