Gareth Minke was the selling agent on a house we made an offer on. Gareth cannot be trusted as he accepted a verbal offer on behalf of his client. He then accepted on paper another offer from another successful buyer.Gareth informed all interested parties that there were multiple offers within 5K of each other. We have no proof that occurred, and even after are unable to verify he was truthful.I will ensure to actively suggest against any of my friends of family from using agents or bidding on any houses represented by your firm. The "ethics" and governing bodies of the Real Estate Market will not protect you from someone who would be better off selling cars.
Having recently moved back to Waterloo from SF for work, I made the commitment to finally buy something in KWs. This is very odd and definitely hard to believe. I have been dealing with this particular real estate brokerage for almost 20 years and can only say good things about it. I bought quite a few properties over the years and dealt with many different agents. The service has always been exceptional. I would highly recommend this real estate firm to anyone because, unlike many others, they do a lot of good work in exchange for the commission received rather than just "bring the buyer and seller together" and charge money for preparing the purchase-sale agreement.
