Dennis is very personable and client orientated. As first time buyers me and my wife were initially overwhelmed by the buying process, but Dennis not only eliminated the stress of house hunting, he made it enjoyable and informative. Dennis was phenomenal to deal with. He sold our home during the high market in early 2017 for 30% over what we paid for the house in 2016. He listed our home and sold it in 6 days with 15 showings and 8 offers with no open house. We also had to buy a new home during the same high market and Dennis found a house that we paid asking price for when homes in that area were selling for $100,000 more than what we purchased our new home for.
