So delicious! Always hot! Yummmmmm! Only thing to improve is a little nicer presentation inside the box
Duncan was our server. Professional, polite, efficient! Great service. Food was good (Ive eaten here many times). But I certainly liked this front counter staff, it makes all the difference fir a business havitgood representation as a small business.
Our family loves the wings at wings up! This is the only place we order our wings from. Good customer service and excellent selection of different flavours!
Usually the food is nice. We go every now and then to get the half price appetizer of the day. Been there a couple of times to get the nacho sticks on sunday as it is appetizer of the day. Its pretty good too. Went there today to get the same thing and the guy there told me "we no longer carry nacho sticks." I asked him again to get it clear that it is appetizer of the day and he repeated the same sentence but in a rude tone this time. So i asked him if they have a different appetizer to substitute it because its still advertised on their website and there was a sign outside the store as well as on the counter featuring nacho sticks as Sunday's half price appetizer of the day. But he said no they don't have any substitute. For someone who walked all the way there to get it, i was highly disappointed. I understand them discontinuing it for whatever reason they have but they should have removed it from the advertising and website or atleast they could have substituted it for this once given I was there to buy the particular item. This is unprofessional and false advertising might i say. Not planning to go there again.
Miranda was the most friendliest and most tactful server I have had in a LONG time. The food is amazing. Its in my plans to be back here. 5 stars for sure!
