Good price, and you get what you pay for: don't expect frills. Bring your own dishes and cutlery. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. We would stay again.
Rooms are modern and relatively new. Building exterior is drab and utilitarian. Inside was HOT - air conditioning didn't manage to keep the room comfortable and many guests spent the evening outside rather than brave the heat indoors. Location is super convenient if travelling on the 401, with a number of nearby restaurants etc. Free coffee. Staff were friendly, informed, and attentive.
I should have read the details more closely when booking. I didn't realize it was a college residence. The price was okay for what it was but just be ready for bare bones rooms and thin walls. It was handily located near the 401 which is the reason we chose it. There was a full sized fridge and microwave in the room as well as a kitchen but there was no coffee maker or any dishes or cutlery or towels in the kitchen. The blinds were missing slats so it was very bright in the morning. There were TVs in each bedroom but no comfortable seating.
Comfortable and modern in all areas. Friendly staff and great easy service. There's some fast food beside it but if you're looking for anything else you'll have to drive. Close easy highway access.
I stayed at the residence and conference centre this past weekend with my lacrosse team. Upon arrival, I found out that I had not actually had a room booked. The gentleman I spoke to never put my name in the system, nor took any information down for the room. But the ladies at the front were absolutely amazing, and were so nice throughout the weekend even though they seemed to be very busy! Super clean rooms, and near lots of places if you don't mind the drive! Parking is a bit out of the way, but they have a really nice common room and BBQ set up outside!
