They are not very good with returns . They did not accepted an item that was bought one day before not opened , for refund . The item was double the price compared to the local stores and even compared to the prices i have seen before at their store as well. Unfortunately there was no price tag for the item when i bought it this time and i did not double check at checkout. However they did offer excahange but they should remove the word refund which they claim doing upto 14 days of purchase. Its usually problem with indian grocery stores when it come to refund but most of them mention it on receipt that they do not refund or exchange in case they dont want to offer it.Please be careful with the billing especially when you buy any item with missing price tag ( they had lot of price tags missing).
Wide variety of selections !! One stop shop for me to buy any Indian items at fair price !! Owner and employees are good and kind here and courteous to make sure you find what you want !! Good job, keep it up !! ?
You get all your regular indian grocery items here. They also carry gujarathi and maharashtrian spice blends. Another thing to mention was they had a good coconuts, betel leaves and puja paraphernalia. At least at the time of Ganpati and Navratri !!
I have concerns about the authenticity of many of their products. For example, it seems that vegetable oil may be mixed into the ghee, which raises doubts about its originality.
One of the third grade service and selling poor quality items, pack shows expiry date for the next month but it’s already stale , my kid was very excited to have it but as soon as I opened a packet awful smell makes me feel sick, are you guys enjoying playing with people’s health or what?
I just bought this utensil from this Indian supermarket literally 3 minutes ago. Right after purchase, I received a call from home asking me not to buy it. When I went back to return it, they refused, saying utensils cannot be returned. Nowhere in the store or on the receipt is this mentioned. If a store has a no-return policy for certain items, it should be clearly displayed. I’m glad I didn’t buy more utensils from here. Very disappointing customer service — I won’t be coming back again.
The shop manipulates prices on the spot, giving one price initially and then increasing it with flimsy reasons. Unethical behaviour and dishonest pricing practices. And it's expensive than other Indian stores.
