Great store! I found all the Krishna ornaments I needed easily. They also have dresses, puja items, and many Indian products. Prices are reasonable, and the staff were very polite, kind, and welcoming. Best store in Kitchener!
Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience at this grocery store and will never be visiting again. The produce here is old, stale, and clearly stored for way too long before being sold to customers. I bought a few lemons, two coconuts, and a pack of garlic, all of which turned out to be inedible. The coconuts were particularly disgusting, though they looked fine on the outside and were yellowish white inside, they had an awful smell and barely any water. The little water that was there smelled horrible, making it clear that the coconut was far from fresh. The lemons had no juice at all, completely dry inside. I also picked up some coriander, only to find that it had more soil than leaves, as if it had never been cleaned properly before being put on display. On top of the terrible quality, the store charges much higher prices than other grocery stores, which makes absolutely no sense given the state of their produce. To make things worse, I called them just 10 minutes after buying and coming home to cut open the coconut, only to be told that they do not have a return policy on produce. Not even one the items I purchased was good or even fresh, yet they refused to let me exchange them. The garlic came in a pack of four and looked decent from the outside, but when I peeled it, it was completely dried out, wrinkled, and unusable—proving that they do not stock fresh produce at all. I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the items and their poor customer service. Selling stale, inedible food and then refusing to take responsibility for it is unacceptable. I do not recommend this store at all. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
Good place for Indian grocery specially for those looking for Hindu gods idols, prayers stuffs like wicks, camphor, and various types of altars and lamps.

Visited to check out for ganpati idol, left amazed with varieties of groceries even packet of chips which is my favourite and i have never seen in Canada so far but found it here Great variety with competitive price over here. Sparsh -the Indian touch
Extremely unprofessional store. They put a hand written note lunch time 3.30 open and I waited for 20 mins outside in the cold and left. Google lets you update your hours but you are following Indian Standard Time. You will close soon no doubt with this kind of attitude. Will never come to you guys ever. This is ridiculous.
Great place. Loved the collection of Puja items they have. They have everything that we needed and much more which were on my list to be brought from India thinking they aren't available here. Wonderful place and wonderful people!!!
