Bought red onions from Asian Food Land. After just 2–3 days, they started going bad. From the outside they looked okay. but once I cut them open many were rotten inside. Ended up throwing almost half of them in the bin. Really disappointing never going back to buy groceries (Specially)
Worst experience ever. I came to pick up a delivery and these people didn’t even bother to look at me or ask if I was a customer or a driver. They just picked someone else by themselves and ignored me completely. I had to wait, then was told to go to another door where I got ignored again while the girl was busy on her tablet. Even after ringing the bell, nothing—until the same guy came and told her to give me the order. No sense of customer service, no respect for who came first, and honestly the most unprofessional place I’ve seen. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here, not as a customer and definitely not as a delivery driver.
We ordered takeaway from this place, and upon reaching home we found the rice had gone off, as if it had been cooked several days earlier. The curries were spoiled as well. This is a serious health and safety concern, as they are clearly not maintaining proper standards. I believe this establishment should be inspected by the health authorities, and I have already contacted the health ministry to report the issue
Its okay to make food outside of store but this is not acceptable that you guys are playing punjabi songs on higher volume please consider other people as well who don’t understand language thats very wrong thing to do in the public place and please follow the rules . No doubt your food is good but this is very unacceptable specially in canada .
It was the first time i bought their marinated tandoori chicken, it was stale and after cooking it taste very bad even the texture looks very bad. seems like to avoid the bad smell they have added vinegar
We ordered achari chicken and tandoori chicken. The taste was really bad there was no salt no spices added, taste like it just boiled in the water i will never recommend anyone to go here. Also staff is very rude i was waiting at cash register to place an order no one came out to serve us One lady saw us from there back door and she ignored us??if i have something below zero i would prefer to give them that. ????????????they need to learn about cooking and customer service skills overall, buying something from here means wastage of money
The worst tiffin service I ever got.First they won’t tell you about the whole service, and at the end they’ll question you instead that it’s the customer’s responsibility to ask this question.They have no manners to talk to the customer and also keep making mistakes in tiffin.I took non-veg and paid extra for it; still, I got vegetarian curries in it.Worst service ever.
