Great quality staff compared to The Brick and Leon's as well as good sales and financing options. The staff are helpful and if there is an issue they do there bar to make it right. I would definitely recommend.
The in store experience and service was fantastic, we dealt with Rick - 5 stars for him! HOWEVER, the 3rd party delivery team they use are horrendous, I can't even believe it.... The first time, they scratched our laminate flooring in 2 places by sliding the stove across it at the top to the stairs. No shoe covers, no blankets, no nothing. The second time, they came a day after our front porch was pressure washed and our unfinished driveway was muddy, they tracked the mud up 2 flights on stairs on light grey carpet... unacceptable. These delivery people are unprofessional, and ruin a perfectly happy time in a new home getting everything set up. Not only did they complain about doing a job they chose to do, but swore at each other in our house. When it comes to paperwork, they point where you are to sign and run away so fast before you even realize. They did not go over the options I had on the paperwork - such as noting damage... We have 2 open escalated complaints with this company. We purchased a dining table and opted for pick up. I do not want this team in my house again.
No issues for in-store staff, Tim was really helpful with his assistance. Due to some family emergency, i wasn't present at the time of delivery. A day after, i informed their customer representative all the scene, and was requesting for some assistance with the furniture, even a paid assistance. HER RUDE REPLY WAS 'WE WOULDN'T'. WE ARE NOT SPENDING OVER 5 GRAND TO JUST LISTEN TO YOUR RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have purchased a fridge and a fireplace unit from Teppermans and have had a very good experience both times. The fridge was delivered very professionally and they took the old one away as asked (paid for this). I actually found a lower price on the fridge somewhere else a little while later so I brought in the ad and they refunded me the difference, no questions asked. The fireplace unit was delivered as expected and again, professionally, no issues. Always had in store help available, applied for a credit account, no issues there, though they do try to tack on the protection plans, but simply state you dont want it (if you really dont) and more importantly, dont sign for it, simple!
The service buying the furniture was ok although a couple of sales people assumed we were not buying and ignored us but eventually someone helped a we bought a bedroom set cash no finance. They delivered furniture as promised but when they arrived they let us know it had damaged which they noticed before it went on the truck but brought it anyway?? They said that someone would call to set up a time to deliver a replacement instead they called to say they would send someone to fix the cracked wood or give me a discount? I told them to bring me a new one and they then agreed.I set up a time to have new piece delivered they were 2 hours late from the 3 hour window they set up.After waiting 5 hours they brought the wrong piece have to wait again not happy according to driver this is an ongoing problem recently.Called customer service said they would deliver Tuesday if I give them an all day window. Not acceptable waiting for a call back from someone.
