Furnitures are good value for money. The options are wide and some very affordable...they have 3 months no interest payment system which further increases the affordability...some issues with website, i suggest better to visit their stores.Some parts were missing from the delivery we received, but Mr. Abdul took care of it and delivered and installled the parts on his own. That was a great help as we disnt had the driller.The people are supportive and listens to your problems which is a rare gem in todays days. Would have given 5 stars but tge website problem do raised few scares initially for me.
I rate Payless 2 stars because I liked what I ordered. During the ordering process we made our order and was told we could pick it up on Saturday. When Saturday came we werent able to pick it up so we gave the Benefit of the doubt and waited until monday. We called and they said we could pick it up either Monday night or Tuesday afternoon... we called Tuesday and they said we could pick it up Wednesday. No apologies. When Wednesday passed my boyfriend drove down and with no apologies or anything we were told to wait until Saturday. We got it one week later. The Saturday. When my boyfriend went to pick it up, we were told that we couldnt roll the memory foam mattress in the car so the employee said that if we wanted it to get home we needed to get straps from home. So he drove home and got straps. To our surprise, the employee we first dealt with before ordering told my boyfriend we could roll it, right after he got back from getting the straps. I would give this employee recognition for being great but I dont know his name but, I think the one who sent us on a goose chase needs to be recognized for the crappy customer service.

I was highly impressed with the service I received at Payless Furniture. I was able to see the item I wanted to buy and the salesman completed my transaction quickly and professionally. I opted to pickup the bed, and when I arrived, it was pouring rain. The sales staff had no issues with helping me get it loaded and secured in the rain. The bed itself is beautiful, and I am extremely pleased. The price was great, the staff was wonderful, I will definitely buy from here again!
