Amazing customer service. Sam was super helpful with finding the right furniture for us. Even when they didnt have it in KW, hed search the whole of Ontario. He made sure we were satisfied for a great price.
Update on an earlier post. We we had a bit of a rough time with the uncertainty around the wait time(went well past the expected 3-6 weeks) and lack of communication about this. When we got the bed it wasn't what we hoped for and so went in to request a refund. They refused a refund because it's a policy they have but after talking with sunny he offered an exchange for equal value or for any bed we would like instead. He also offered a discount equal to what his employees would pay for furniture there which was quite reasonable.They are reasonable people with good product if you can wait for it and make sure to read the whole invoice BEFORE signing.

We bought king size bedroom set and living room about one month ago . We got best service and best price . Same living room i was getting $600 more expensive . I highly recommend this place
NEVER EVER buy from this company. They also operate Victoria Furniture House.They promised products that they can't actually make and there is no return (which they conveniently don't tell you). They promised delivery in 3-6 weeks which turned to 8 which turned to 12. The only reason we actually had it delivered was after numerous phone calls (their staff communicate horribly) and finally we had to pay them a visit in person. When the delivery arrived, it was not what they had promised us, and told us to accept it as they would not take it back. We are now stuck with poorer quality furntiure. Would rate 0 if possible
