really knowledgeable and friendly staff, i wasn't really sure what theme i would go for and they were more than happy to share some ideas that turned out really well. will definitely be going back.

I hosted a backyard wedding and contacted Monali about 6 months before my wedding. I rented many items which included; cutlery, plates, glasses, table covers, coffee makers and even a cotton candy machine.The items were given to me a few days ahead of time which was great as it allowed us to plan out our arrangements a bit better. My interaction with the staff was kind and courteous; however they were a bit disorganized and didn't have all my items when I came to pick up. I did have to make multiple trips to get everything.Another nuance one should be aware of is that you must return all the dishes, glasses and cutlery clean. This was made aware to us ahead of time; but it does take a lot of time!Overall Monali was very kind as were her staff and I would likely utilize them again for future events.
When I came to pick up my rental no one was there. The Party Store they partner with could not find the key. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to show up. They told me someone was there so I stood outside if the freezing cold for 10 minutes knocking and no one was actually there. I went back to the party store and they told me to wait another 10 minutes because theyre sending someone else. They lied to me the first time about having someone there. When someone is planning a party or a wedding they do not have time to stand around for 30 minutes especially when theyre from out of town. I left because I did not have time for their disorganization. I will never be renting from them again and will also never recommend it to anyone.
