Worst florists around! Don't waste your money! The meat and cheese basket I ordered was set on the porch in the blazing heat. The neighbour happened to find it and it was bad. When you order a basket they ask you for your number and the person you're delivering it to number so if someones not home they call to arrange another time, no one called! The owner refused to refund my money and said that he would deliver a new one the following morning. I gave them a cell phone number just in case they weren't home. No delivery and no calls! She finally received it at 4pm!! He handed it to her and said "here!" and walked away!...no sorry it's late, nothing!
The same day delivery feature is great. The person who received the arrangement absolutely loved it.
I ordered the beautiful deluxe "Home Sweet Spring" today for Thanksgiving as pictured below. The order that came was a completely different boutique of flowers. As you can see clearly one has tulips and the other does not. I have ordered from this company in the past and this is the first time they messed up; I am extremely disappointed.
