Staff are great at advising plant novices on how to care for their new plants which is greatly appreciated. I always recommend their gift wrapping option, just like their bouquets they take great care in arranging everything beautifully. A number of my houseplants are from living fresh and thriving thanks to the helpful staff.
My husband and I used Living Fresh for our flowers at our recent Langdon Hall wedding. From start to finish, our experience with Living Fresh was excellent. Tina made a huge effort to understand exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. She was always available for any inquiries and offered valued suggestions throughout the months leading up to the wedding. I also appreciated that she took very detailed notes for our floral order which put my mind at ease during some of the stressful planning. Our flowers turned out beautifully. We were so happy with them and got many compliments. I can't recommend Living Fresh enough.
We just went into this cute little shop. My daughter has been there prior and wanted to show me. We purchased a nice incense by Woodlot. Highly recommend.
They repotted my succulent and recommended some friends. They will also give you advice on how to best take care of your plants. Their succulents are affordable and so cute. You can also find some goodies and get gorgeous arrangements. I'm so happy I found this place and it's right downtown.
Unprofessional! I emailed living fresh regarding an appointment for wedding flowers and was told the first available appointment was 3 weeks away in the middle of the afternoon (2:00 p.m.). I am a busy professional so I booked my day around the appointment. One hour before on the day of the appointment I received an email cancelling because the florist needed to go out of town that day. Very disrespectful of my time. I will go somewhere else.
