We were there today at the popeyes drive thru. Horrible experience today, They didn’t give any sauce, no cutlery, and no tissues. The burger was cold. Very disappointing service, from the guy at the drive-thru.
It's been 11 minutes since I ordered in the drive through. You wouldn't believe the fiasco. English language skills are deplorable. As were their instructions to have me do a lap or two around the restaurant until my order was ready. They didn't want to bring it out to me. The claimed they were very busy. 2 people in store, no one else in the drive through. Was told it'll be 10 minutes.... it's now been 14. I'm still waiting...send help. I made it. 18 minutes later got my tenders. They were good.
Ficher hullman location can you please ask your Man worker to wear a beard mask. There are a couple very hairy men working with food in this location. It is disgusting.
Tried the fried chicken at the new Popeyes location in Kitchener, and it was a great experience. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside The staff were also nice and friendly
Great service tonight! Im not sure of the girl name but super kind and friendly.. I am surprised at the service we received today it's not often that you experience good service at a fast food place these days! Thank you again for the service!
I just ordered today ,October 1, 2025,at 4:32pm.i order 3 pcs chicken, with fries, coke and biscuits. Chicken is so dry.doesnt look like freshly cooked and it has different tastes. I am so disappointed ?.
Great weekly deals to be had if you’re on a budget. The chicken was hot, seasoned nice. The service at this location has always been friendly. I came on a Thursday for the 3 pcs special and for an extra $1.50 you can get a side and a drink.
