Absolute worst staff I have ever seen during daytime. No care at all. No one at front counter to greet multiple customers who were standing their waiting.. seen them treating delivery drivers with no care at all, showing they do not value their customers. Never seen a location this bad in this franchise ever. Horrible service, avoid at all costs.
I literally just had the worst tasting burger of my life here (September 26th 2025 @ approx 11:30am). I LOVE burger king. But I will not go to this location again. The service was great. The dude at the counter was very friendly. The place was clean. But the burger itself was just awful. There was a very strong foreign flavour. I can't even describe it. Chemical like? Burnt plastic? I don't know. It wasn't just a mix up of a topping I don't like. I've never tasted anything like it before in my life. It was horrible. I took a few halls cough drops afterwards to get the flavour out of my mouth. My co-worker also didn't enjoy his either. We both wished we went to McDonalds which is vastly closer to us. Seriously, this should be looked into. I can imagine the place will have to shut down if this is how the burgers taste all the time. I won't be returning to find out as it was legitimately that bad!
VERY DISAPPOINTED! READ THIS! BURGER KING HAS FALLEN INTO THE WOKE CATEGORY OF DOING BUSINESS...I RECENTLY TRIED A WHOPPER, IT'S BEEN A WHILE! ONCE I RECEIVED THE WHOPPER I HAD TO LOOK TWICE IN BETWEEN THE BUNS...WHERE IS THE BEEF??? LOT'S OF BUN, LETTUCE, ETC...BUT SHAMEFULLY THE WHOPPER HAS BEEN TURNED INTO A 'FLOPPER'!!! THERE IS VERY LITTLE MEAT JUST LIKE MCDONALD'S BIG MAC...NO MEAT! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
We went to the burger king at fairway road around 3:45pm to 4:00pm today, January 15,2025 and was quite disappointed by the cashier girl’s attitude towards us. The girl who was wearing glasses(black frame) and uniform shirt was very rude. She did not greet us nor she was polite. As soon as we walked in she was showing an attitude which was a racist behaviour. She was standing there without showing any interest to work. She needs to be trained on how to be polite with guests.
Since this Burger King has been opened. I've been receiving subpar service. Today was the best service I've ever received. Bill was amazing. Don't just look over your best employees and give them a pat on the back. Give them a raise. Bill deserves a raise he deserves promotions he deserves a lot of respect. My Mom and I were at the Fairway Road Kitchener location for a whopper meal for dinner. We are very impressed with the service we received here and the quality and wonderful hot temperature of the food. Keep up the good work!! ?????
Went through the drive through and told them THREE times that I wanted a whopper with cheese and a whopper with cheese meal. Got home and all there was is a whopper with cheese meal. If you don't understand english get another job. Stay away from this location
