I don’t usually write long reviews for fast food spots, but my experience at this Burger King was genuinely exceptional. I can honestly say the customer service here was better than what I’ve received at many high-end restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in, but what really blew me away was how they treated us at the end of the night. We were enjoying our meal and completely lost track of time. We didn't even realize the lobby had officially closed. Usually, employees (understandably) want to go home and will rush you out the door the second the clock strikes closing time. Instead, the team here was so patient and kind. They didn't hover, they didn't make us feel guilty, and they didn't rush us at all. They graciously let us stay a bit past closing just so we could finish our food in peace. It is rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like this. They turned a standard fast-food run into a genuinely great night out. To the management: give this crew a raise! They represent your brand perfectly. We will definitely be back.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a fantastic experience! The whooper was delicious and cooked perfectly. The service was also top-notch - friendly staff and quick turnaround especially Roselle how she handle her team and a fantastic service from her noticed on my 3rd visit. Store was clean. I highly recommend this place.
Once again they could not get the order correct. Ordered a whopper extra pickles. There were no extra pickles and hardly any other toppings either. So lazy. So brutal. So half assed. Pathetic. It's like they just don't give a crap. Bummer.
Got to say this new Burger King is the hype spot. Can't believe that it came in here to have a king meal and we also got a free snack. I'm leaving you guys a review. Manager is awesome
They don’t check the orders and I ordered 5 meals and didn’t get a burger or a large fries and tried. Calling them but just went to voicemail and so I drove back and complain and got one large fries and a burger and two large drinks for the inconvenience
I had an amazing experience at Burger King Huron! The food was absolutely awesome – prepared exactly the way I asked for, hot, fresh, and perfectly done. They got my order 100% correct, which I really appreciated. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the visit even better. A special mention goes to the person who take my order, who personally helped me with placing my order and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly love this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
