Great service If you ask them a question that any expert will know (ABV and potential ABV) thay just don't understand I speak English US how can you call yourselves experts if you know eney expert Q&A Service and products are great just your knowledge needs an upgrade That's why 3 stars?

Excellent winemaking store! I've vmdone 2 batches here now, and some at other shops before. Winexpert staff are very knowledgeable about absolutely anything to do with wine making and the flavours you can get! They're friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Best of all the wine is great! Will be back for another batch soon

Owner is very knowledgeable. Made some good recommendations for our wedding wine (we ordered 4 batches - 120 bottles). Open and honest guy, not looking to up-sell or make extra cash off of you. Will re-review once we get wine feedback from the guests!

The Crew at the Winexpert Kitchener are fantastic! Can't have enough good to say about them. We had a batch of wine for our wedding that half of it went bad. They are not only replacing the whole batch but got us some wine to get us through our pinch in time for the wedding. Always a pleasure and will continue to recommend and use them :)

I have been making wine for years and I can truly say that the quality of wine from Winexpert westmount is the best I've ever had! They staff is a joy and the atmosphere very relaxed. There is always something new to look at and the staff never fails to answer my questions and fill my needs. I will never go anywhere else to make wine again!
