This location went above and beyond my expectations for excellent customer service. I deal with a disability and asked if they could please supply me with all new bottles (at my expense of course) and fill those bottles with my wine that was ready for bottling. Which they happily did and brought the boxes out to my car and put them in the back for me. I am SO APPRECIATIVE of their friendly service as this saved me a great deal they never fail to impress there. And I’ve always very much enjoyed my wine every time. I was very satisfied. Quickly bottled my wine with help from the young lady there. The young man was also helpful and hard working. Back tomorrow to bottle more! Taking along my neighbour who was intrigued about the process - and might just become a customer at some point in the future.
I bottled my wine today and the whole process was very easy and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I tried my new batch of wine tonight and it was excellent and will just get better with age. Highly recommend the very affordable Wine Butler.
