Amazing job on my bicycle repair. It needed a lot of attention and Bill did a complete refurbish with the care and attention to detail that only comes with a small owner-operated store that’s been around part of the community for over 30 years. I also recommended him to a friend and she was so grateful! He knows what he’s doing. Don’t waste your time with any other bike shop!
I took my grandson to Ski ‘n’ Cycle hut yesterday to purchase his first pair of skis. Bill was absolutely the most knowledgeable person in the business. He asked our names so he could address us on a personal level, he asked lots of questions about my grandsons skill set, and explained the equipment he was showing us so we knew why he felt it would be the best choice. It felt so good to support a small local business that cared, rather than a big box store that really just wants to take your money. Thanks Bill!
Absolutely amazing service and great products. Bill was so helpful and knowledgeable from the very first phone call. He knows everything you could possible need to know about snowboards and Skis and bikes.
As a beginner skier I trusted the owner to set me up with skis and boots. I had no idea how ski boots should feel, and he ended up selling me boots 4 sizes too big. He did a horrible job tuning my new skis. Found out later from another ski shop that they were actually concave which has been making it very difficult to actually turn.
I Just bought a pair of Bolle goggles for $50 and I went to see at sports check some other things and I saw the same pair of goggles for $25. So I go to return the goggles to ski n cycle hut and the guy explains that I cant return anything as the sign says(this sign is impossible to see unless pointed out) and that he wouldn't give me the difference, only an exchange which wouldn't matter at all because all their stuff is over priced compared to O.W sports or McMaster Sports...Never going here again.
