Terry and Zach installed a new water heater for us today - very friendly, clean and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently. Terry has also completed another project (a hose bib replacement) on our home before today and has continued to be pleasant, knowledgeable and a hard worker. I Would recommend this company, and both Terry and Zach to friends and family.
We had an amazing experience from starting to finish. Our shower handle had broken and we couldn't turn off the shower. We phoned Hammond and got excellent and friendly advice over the phone from Andrew. We arranged to have someone come out the next morning and Matt L. arrived earlier than the time frame given (which was much appreciated) and he was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Our shower was repaired quickly and we couldn't be happier with the high level of customer service that we received! Highly recommended!
This was the first time calling Hammond Plumbing and certainly wont be the last. They replaced a hot water tank for us that was under warranty and came with our house. Everyone we dealt with at Hammond was professional and friendly. Their service was timely and cleaned up after themselves before they finished the job. Highly recommend them! Hi Just want to provide some feedback and concerns from a recent service call(Monday 23/18). While it was great to have a same day appointment, I have some feedback about the tech you sent. He was very nice and polite, but there were some negative things. We have a full storm door..all glass floor to to top. He tried walking through it...not realizing it was glass..like bird flying into a window.I was concerned he would be hurt, but he was fine and the glass did not break. But now the door does not shut right and appears to be bent. Secondly, after he left he forgot to cable tie the little clear hose from the central air back to the laundry tub, and water all over floor. I mopped it up and fixed. The next day I discovered water all over the floor again, only to find out he did not connect and tie the washing machine drain hose back to its main drain. I am glad the floor is only concrete but some boxes of laminate flooring I had stored are wet. Maybe he is new, and we all have our first days, but 3 hours of labour to connect 2 laundry taps, a shut valve and mixer for a water heater seems long. I am not much of a DIY, but I connected a bath tub, shower line and sink faucets years ago when I had the tools in about the same time. I just thought you should know that this was a poor customer experience. I sent feedback before posting it here. I never heard from you directly, so sharing the lack of follow up also.
