Great job by Aaron, he was able to fix the issue in a timely and friendly manner. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to come, as we had no water in the house at the time and didn't charge what I would consider emergency prices. I would definitely use their services again.
Had to call them in on a Sat. Which I new was going to cost extra. I Told them the issue was in the basement toilet. He started with the main floor toilet. Didn't make sense to me. He spent a least an hour pushing the snake machine in through the main floor toilet. Didn't fix my Clough. Then he did the same thing to the basement toilet. Problem fixed. Only cost me 2 1/2 of double time. Will never use again!
Called first thing after a water leak and their service man was here in 45mins and was quick and kind and curteous. Thanks Aaron and all, for your reliable service.
Worst company of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not professional at all! Have used them twice, and not once was the problem resolved. Rude from the time they answer the phone. Pass the buck on and on and on. Bill you 3x what the rate is. With NO resolution to your problem at all. All while being treated beyond terrible.Had another plumber come out and actually diagnose and fix the problem, first time!!!! For less than half the cost of their 10 min b.s. session.
Called Monday morning for some service and by noon the job was done. Quick service and the price was half what I expected to pay. I am very happy with the work and the friendliness of the plumber sent. Quick, clean, professional. 10/10 would call again.
