Eli is a true professional and will provide you by far the best customer service you will ever find in Kitchener-Waterloo for a locksmith. Eli is a very knowledgeable and efficient locksmith who will educate you on what hes doing, very easy to talk to and guides you through the process. Ill admit I was skeptical at first on using a locksmith from google but I am extremely happy I did, Eli helped me get a new key cut and programmed for my vehicle and even picked me up from my home as were in the same area. I cant thank him enough enough for his generosity and urge others to contact EA Locksmith for their locksmith service needs.
I called them on a Sunday because an exterior door lock was broken - most locksmiths aren't available on Sundays or it is an "emergency" extra fee. My technician was Jay. After my initial call to the dispatcher Jay was at my house within 30 minutes. Jay was very polite and gave me the most affordable options. He seemed to be very honest and trustworthy - and took the time to explain things to me. I appreciated that he gave me his opinion on what would be best/most affordable solution. Very happy with their service and gave me peace of mind having my lock fixed same day.
Can't say enough positive things about Eli....I own a local business in Kitchener and had issues with my door last night (Long weekend...Friday night) not something that could wait till Tuesday. Called the company and he answered and told me he would be out right away (this was 8pm at night)...before 8:30 he was there. The service was amazing...the price was amazing....There is no one that would have charged me the price he did to be on call on a Friday night and come out and fix it. Customer service, professionalism, attitude, and determination was top notch. There will never be another locksmith's card in my pocket as I know I can call at any time and Eli will take care of any of my business needs....Thank you so much for taking the stress and anxiety out of a tough day....
My husband called EA Locksmith yesterday morning (Saturday of the long weekend). Eli came over within 20 minutes of the call. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave Mike a quote up front and it was very reasonable. The car (ignition) was fixed and back on the road by the afternoon. Excellent service! Would highly recommend EA and Eli!
Eli is the nicest guy. I like people who don't mind sharing what they need to consider during a job and what might cause them a problem. You can tell he knows his stuff and efficiently/calmly goes through the process. I had him do 3 jobs on the long weekend over two days (one was out of town) and he just methodically worked through them chatting the whole time. People are calling him the entire time, he takes the calls, and he just keeps doing a good thorough quality job despite the work piling up. I was solidly impressed both days.
