Very great personalized service youd never get in a big chain cleaner. I believe they clean onsite. Everything is always perfect.
They charged me 60 dollars for dry cleaning;however, they made damage to my jacket and pass the buck to me. The old women had really bad attitude.And my jacket is full of pungent smell.
Rude, expensive. Hangs up when you ask a question. Does not listen. English is clearly not their first language which is fine, but at least attempt to be courteous. What else can be said? Essentially anywhere that does dry cleaning is better .. oh and Sketchely has %20 off dry cleaning for suits so go there.
Did that just happen?? Lol. Asked for a price to replace zipper on a skirt she told me $25 and practically threw the skirt at me. Overpriced and rude.
My friend wash jacket in here, and get damage. They said we made that damage before the wash, and they got bad service and temper. The most important thing is it is really expensive.
