I have been getting acne laser treatment at Sillhouette for the last year and the results and experience have both been amazing. The technician always makes sure I am comfortable with the pain level and has been able to provide a lot of great product suggestions to keep blemishes at bay between treatments. His bed side manner is arrogant. Right after surgery I told him that there was something wrong with one of my breast he did nothing and kept postponing me by not turning my phone calls. Later I found out that he had carpal tunnel surgery and was not in the office. He does not care about his patients , he cares about how much money you have to give him. Sad that a doctor can do this to his patients.
From the time you enter the front door all the way through your procedures and after care, nothing but warm friendly staff and surgeon. Straightforward honest opinion about expectations and realistic results. I have been to the clinic several times for various types of procedures including removal of skin cancer from my face a situation that was handled with compassion and understanding. I now live out of province and still return to the clinic.
