The 5 star review is specifically for this location, not for Bath Depot in general. We ordered a vanity from Bath Depot which arrived with damage to a couple of pieces. I contacted customer support and had a back and forth for over a month without any resolution. I made one call to this store and had the two pieces replaced a few days later. The experience was night and day.

I have purchased the bulk of my bathroom fixtures from Bath Depot and I have had great experiences with them. On May 12 I purchased towel racks, including a heated towel rack, and mirrors. Saurabh Purohit was extremely helpful in making my selections. He was very knowledgeable about the products. I returned to the store on July 3 to exchange one item, and to purchase an additional toilet and light fixtures. I had really great service and assistance from Adi and Joshua. Just thrilled with this business.
This store offers low-quality products that are poorly constructed and not durable. Their items are far from what you'd expect for the price, and you're likely to experience issues shortly after installation. I strongly advise against shopping here. ???
The quality of their products is awful—cheap MDF that doesn’t hold up. It’s clear their return policies are designed to protect them, anticipating customers will want to return items shortly after installation because of the poor craftsmanship. On top of that, Taylor was rude, impolite, and completely unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. I definitely do not recommend this company.
