The team at the Highland location have been amazing. They are friendly, welcoming and communicate very well. I had an issue with my car that needed to be looked at quickly, due to not being able to get into this location, I went to 2 others for quotes. They were higher and the list of “urgent” items was long. I decided to wait until I could get in with Mufflerman. They quoted me less than half and listed 60% of the items. They also, told me what was urgent vs not. I feel like they truly have the customers experience at heart. I trust them to take care of my car and by extension they make sure that my family is safe. I will not go anywhere else in the city moving forward. Highly recommend.
Mufflerman has always taken such great care of my vehicles. They don't try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs, they communicate so clearly about the issues they encountered and explain things in a way you can understand. I couldn't recommend them more.
I did went The Mufflerman to see Ron Edwards few week ago to get appointment with change oil. Few day later sometime come pop up by tire something wrong and later I did went to see and explain to him to add of this my appointment 3 issues of my suv what need to this all good to fix and change oil today thanks for this staff work awesome. Some I know them work staff many year and wave me like hello they know me very well when I come and for my appointment.
“Thank you” for everything. We always get excellent service every time we go to the Muffler man. We go to the one on Highland Road in Kitchener. I’ve been there several times. A longtime customer with them. They have hard working, experienced mechanics They always do great work for us-from putting in a new catalytic converter, to exhaust-muffler issues, new gas tank, new window motor-door switch, tires, fogged up headlights cleaned-wheel alignments and they just put a new heater core in. It’s the place we like to go to, to fix most of our vehicle needs.
My daughter brought her car in because she heard a rattling sound. Coming from the passenger side of the car. They looked at it said that everything was fine and heard no nothing. The car is still making noise and she is scared to drive it. Now I have no car because she is using mine. I am displeased by this inconvenience. I will be taking her car elsewhere for a tune up.
I've brought my cars here for 30+ years and will continue to do so. I like having my questions answered, without being made to feel silly, no matter how many I ask. Reposted because 6 years later I still feel the same!
