I came here few month ago after a dealership told me that my Crosstrek needed major repairs due to severe damage from a “collision.” But I knew I hadn’t been in any accident, so I explained everything to the team at Rennie. They took the time to inspect my car thoroughly and honestly told me that the only thing I needed was a wheel alignment—nothing more. And they were absolutely right. We have had service work done by Rennie upon a recommendation of someone else that has a manifold problem with his Ram truck. After getting that fixed they also advised us of other work that had to be done. A few days later we took it in and got a phone call (never a good thing) with a quote and news that something else needed to be fixed. As much as it hurt our pockets, Matt and his wife were extremely amazing and kind. Wonderful down to earth people to work with. Feel that even though we spent a lot of money, it was warranted, and the truck drives so smoothly and I feel it is more reliable than before. Nice not to hear the creaking noises and muffler rumble! They were kind and I feel they are honest hard working people. I will be bringing our other vehicle to them as well and hope it doesn’t cost too much for that repair. Regardless, give them 6 stars if I could, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
